Item descriptionAs-Built drawings are scaled and dimensioned architectural documents that accurately reflect a building's existing 'as-is' conditions. These drawings, also known as blueprints, typically include key 2D views such as Floor Plans, Lighting/Ceiling Plans, Interior and Exterior Elevations, and a Site Plan. Our technology enhances this by integrating these 2D drawings with a coordinated 3D As-Built model for greater accuracy and visualization.

Pricing is based on square footage and service level, ranging from $.90-$1.20/sq. ft.. Contact us for a custom quote.

Our scans generally take 2-4 hours depending on complexity. We can deliver a virtual walkthrough within 24 hours and provide you a full set of As-Builts within 10-14 days.

We scan your property and deliver floor plans, elevations, and reflected ceiling plans in PDF and Computer Aided Design (CAD) formats. Files are sent via secure digital delivery, and can log in to access your archive.
