  • As-Built drawings are scaled and dimensioned architectural documents that accurately reflect a building's existing 'as-is' conditions. These drawings, also known as blueprints, typically include key 2D views such as Floor Plans, Lighting/Ceiling Plans, Interior and Exterior Elevations, and a Site Plan. Our technology enhances this by integrating these 2D drawings with a coordinated 3D As-Built model for greater accuracy and visualization.

  • Fill out our online contact form, and we’ll provide an estimate and booking availability. Our team will handle everything from scanning to file delivery. We can typically schedule within 1-2 weeks, if not sooner.

  • Pricing is based on square footage and service level, ranging from $.90-$1.20/sq. ft.. Contact us for a custom quote.

  • Our scans generally take 2-4 hours depending on complexity. We can deliver a virtual walkthrough within 24 hours and provide you a full set of As-Builts within 10-14 days.

  • We scan your property and deliver floor plans, elevations, and reflected ceiling/lighting plans in PDF and Computer Aided Design (CAD) formats. Files are sent via secure digital delivery, and soon you can log in here to access your archive.
